The Schwalbe AV14 ExtraLight Inner Tube has a Schrader valve and is made to be extremely light and reliable especially when every gram counts. Designed for 26x1.50 to 2.35 inner tubes it holds air considerably longer than other tubes thanks to outstanding material quality and a uniform wall thickness.
It is a superbly reliable inner tube and has been tested over a million times by Schwalbe to arrive at this quality product.
During testing Schwalbe innertubes are inserted and inflated into a special mold for the vulcanization process which gives them an even wall thickness. The even wall thicknesss is important, especially when inflating to high pressures as it make the innner tube more reliable.
The valve is nickel-plated and threaded. This means that you can remove the valve core if you wish to add sealant in the tube.
This inner tube is 100% recyclable.
