If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a refund, an exchange, or a credit note.
All products must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
To make a return, you must first log into your account and request a return:
- Go to your account and select My returns.
- Click the Request a new return button.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Indicate the reason for your return. A return number and instructions will then be provided.
- Select the item(s), condition, and preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or credit).
- Add additional comments if necessary.
- Click Submit request.
Once your request has been submitted, please follow the provided instructions to complete the return.
